Terms and Conditions for Non-Summiteer Participants

By registering as a Non-Summiteer Participant for the Everest Summiteers Summit 2026, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable participation fee is required to attend the Event.
The fee grants access to the designated sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities as outlined by the organizer.
The participation fee includes a contributory component that supports Everest Alliance Nepal’s initiatives in:
- Environmental protection
- Himalayan conservation
- Sustainable tourism and mountaineering
By registering, you acknowledge that a portion of your payment contributes to these causes.
All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of official cancellation of the Event by the organizer.
Participants are expected to:
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior
- Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate conduct
Everest Alliance Nepal shall not be held liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Travel disruptions or external circumstances
By attending, you grant permission to Everest Alliance Nepal to:
- Capture photographs, videos, and recordings
